How to Make Pasta In Indian Style-Recipe

Indian style pasta recipe: Pasta is primarily an Italian dish which is quite easy to prepare and tastes awesome. This hygienic food protects from several diseases. Presently, there are various brands of Italian pasta in India such as Buitoni, Agnesi & Barilla due to which the Indian consumers are becoming more habitual to international cuisines. This Italian dish is actually appropriate to the Indian taste due to its spicy flavor and its demand is increasing day by day. Therefore we are coming out with a new Indian pasta recipe which surely satisfies the culinary desires of Indian people.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 12 – 15 minutes

Servings: 3 – 4 People

What We Need:

Pasta – 200 gms (Any shape)

Tomato – 1

Tomato Paste – ¼ cup

Onion – 1

Jeera – 1 tsp

Red Chilly Powder – 2 tbsp

Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp

Haldi – ½ tsp

Ginger – 1 inch

Dhania Powder – 1 tsp

Green Chilly – 1

Oil – 2 tbsp

Salt – To Taste

Fresh coriander to garnish

Preparation:

1. Chop onion

2. Make ginger garlic paste

3. Prepare tomato paste

How to Do:

1.      Boil  water with 1 tsp oil.

2.      Put pasta in the boiled water.

3.      Drain it and keep it aside.

4.      Heat  oil in a pan and after heating add jeera and mustard seeds.

5.      Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry till they turn golden brown.

6.      Now add tomato paste, haldi, green chilly and salt in the mixture. Let it fry till the tomatoes leaves its raw smell. It takes at least 3 to 4 minutes.

7.      Finally add dhania powder, boiled pasta, red chilly powder and mash well. Put on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

Mix it properly and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
